Singapore police certificate

Hi all
Can someone help me with Singapore police clearance? I am a non citizen of Singapore and stayed in Singapore on Employment pass for more than 2 years Now I need to submit my police clearance certificate. Do I need to mail or post fingerprint hard copy to Singapore police force? Plz let me know if any shortest way to get Singapore police check.

Shortest way to get your police certificate is if you know someone in Singapore (holding a valid visa). In this case, you can ship your passport copy, your fingerprints, payment receipt and e-COC application approval to your friend, who will go to SPF office and have the certificate issue on the spot. He can then scan/email it to you so you can upload it ASAP.
* edit: you had to chose "proxy" for delivery method though, when applying for COC, if you want to proceed this way.


Otherwise, you have to mail all the documents to the address mentioned in SPF email (provided that they already approved your application and sent the confirmation email).

• Hi thanks for your valuable information, I applied my Singapore police e-COC online , I got mail that your coc has been approved,now I need to send my acknowledgement slip and fingerprints along with 55$ Singapore draft , today i get my fingerprints from Canadian fingerprinting services and I don't know how to take Singapore draft from Toronto ( i have account in TD bank ,Scotia bank) and i have one small doubt instead of selecting Proxy for delivery method ,i will select through mail (already i gave my friend singapore address in application)he will collect by post and he can scan to me.which option is best if you know any thing please let me know thanks.

What do you mean by Singapore draft? I though payment is online only.

If your proxy can, the fastest way is for him to visit SPF office with all documents, they will issue your PCC on the spot and hand over to your proxy.
