One of my employers paid me in cash in the past. I have got experience certificate from them. However, there are no paystubs. Therefore, I was wondering how to put it in my profile. I have to provide the activities for the last ten years of my life.

If you're talking about the 'personal history' portion of the questionnaire, you are not required to provide documentation or proof for that section. If you're talking about an entry of employment that you included under the 'work history' portion of your questionnaire, as long as the 'employment certificate' that our employer provided meets all the requirements as outlined by IRCC, you don't actually have to provide pay stubs - some people jus include them if their employer didn't mention their salary in the employment reference letter, or just to provide extra documentation.
The employment certificate your employer provided needs to conform to the instructions below, per the CIC website:
a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits;
