advice needed

am planning to apply for jan 2018 intake in langara college in supply chain management post graduate studies

here is my profile
Ielts 6.5
bachelor degree in industrial engineering Egypt from 2010 to 2015 with gpa 2.4 out of 4
i have a family business
i was in another bachelor degree from 2006 to 2010 but did not graduate from it as it was hard so i switched universities
i made a bank account recently in order to be able to pay the tuition fees to the college so the bank account is 2 months old only but i have another account from my salary

the question is do i have to submit a transcript of the old university that i did not graduate from ?
will the bank account cause a problem when applying since it new but i have alll the funds required in it .

It is better to apply with minimum 4 months bank statement and use the bank statement showing your incoming salary as well.

If you have one Bachelor Degree then go to apply with this one in my opinion for LOA from the desired College. By the way, you are planning to apply for which College, Centennial, Humber, Seneca etc.
