Your idea is good but reminds me of a joke once I read somewhere about too many letters being posted in US without stamps...on enquiry,the postal department found out that,the mails were indeed posted with stamps....but the stamps had come off in the boxes after ppl dropped them to be picked up by mail man...
it turned out that people couldn't stop spitting on the wrong side of the stamp with the head of JB on it.....the glued surface wasn't spit on and stuck to the mail...

likewise with such a name, I'm afraid we are likely to get bad attention.....ppl might pelt stones reading the first part ...
but ur rights to name our business to ur wish is reserved...but try something like TrumpFries or something more cheerful

If primary applicant age is 29 years 4 months how much points,he/she is going to get ?. 100 or 95 ( with spouse ) ?.

• Under 18 years of age - 0 points
• 18 years old - 90 points
• 19 years old - 95 points
• 20 to 29 years old - 100 points
• 30 years old - 95 points

IMO, OINP should reopen after 24th of sep.(don't ask me for source - its just my speculation).

My response to the above observations made by you is as follows :-

• The quota that CIC has for express entry is not as per the No of ITA's issued but the actual applicants admitted in an year
• As per the express entry report issued this year for 2016 , it showed that for every ITA issued 1.3 times applicants got admitted
• This figure would be a lot higher for 2017 , the reason being , last year the scores stayed above 470 odd right through the year which meant that most people who got an ITA were single applicants or people in their twenties with no kids
• This year we saw the scores going down to as low as 413 which meant that lotsa familes or older people with families & kids got an ITA hence my take is that for every ITA issued in 2017 atleast 1.8-2.5 applicants would have got admitted in 2017
• With not much quota left , the the decreasing ITA trend might just continue until mid november wherein they might get a better idea of how many ITA's are still left to be given if at all there is a higher ITA rejection rate or acceptance rate
• The no of people in the entire express entry pool is only 58k with 400-450 category having only 12k people which basically means that if they continue inviting 3800 people in every draw then they might not have many candidates left in the pool for 2018 quota
• Lastly the 1st half of the year in 2017 showed that CRS scores was decided & kept reducing based on the number of ITA's issued hence the runrate of 3800 ITA's stayed static in each draw . However the past 2 months has shown that they have reversed the strategy wherein now the CRS score they want to fix every fornight decides the number of ITA's to be issued

Considering all this how low ca score go by end of 2017 ? How many PR positions are pending on estimate ?

Immigrant here. I’m still in the process of understanding this country. From my experience so far, It’s better than my country of origin and I love calling it my home. Only a few things stand out to me as dark sides. I’m writing an honest critique here hoping that my now beloved home will benefit from my critique and improve itself.

1. Discrimination against first nation people, historically as well as present day.
2. Underemployment among educated young people. Many university degree holders are not employed according to their educational qualifications e.g. Bachelors degree holder working as server etc. because a regular full time job is hard to find.

Then there’s something I can speak to, coming from my unique POV here as an immigrant.

There is a form of discrimination against people educated/trained/experienced in foreign lands. I don’t know name of this discrimination, so I’ll describe it. While the immigration process encourages the qualified people, the same qualified people have to face some hardship in Canada to get their qualifications fully recognized in the workplace. Most companies and recruiters like to see ‘Canadian experience’ in a candidate’s resume.

I’m a software engineer by profession. I had two university degrees (one Canadian, one from abroad) and 3 years of work experience (abroad) when I entered the work force of Canada. Every single recruited treated me as a fresh graduate with 0 job experience. I was regularly considered for the so called ‘fresh graduate’ positions while I already had a track record of leading development teams. For a couple of years I worked in junior positions to add some ‘Canadian experience’ in my resume. In the mean time, I learned to navigate in Canadian waters. Eventually I moved on to new jobs with increasingly more fitting positions. Ironically, the same recruiters contacted me later to offer more fitting positions (after my resume was updated) and I declined.

Isn't that quite expected...?
walking on snow /ice is different from walking on land and so is different from walking in desert....
I may've walked a lot in my tropical homeland...but to lead a caravan out there in the desert,or to lead an expedition to Arctic will need some experience in relevant environment..
we've to gain it first ...
