If you start working now,in 1 year, you'll be eligible to apply in EE ...your age, degree, 1 year experience ,coupled with a CLB10 in ielts will take you to very high CRS and by November 2018 you'll have ur ITA...and early 2019 you can be there with PR and upon registration & completion of bridge courses start working..
-----
if you go there to pursue studies, you can work part time (even as dentist after requisite registrations) and pursue studies...but even after studies you'll require 1 year experience...so your PR process will get delayed by 1 year..but you'll have a canadaian masters & ~1040 hrs of Canadian work experience and at the beginning of 2019
Your chances of professional success,in getting better employment / remuneration is higher with the second alternative...if you don't mind the cost of masters/ Diploma whichever...
---
So I say, go there, pursue higher degree, work part time..at the end of 1 year ,you get to stay back...gain 1 year work experience and with all the credentials, get into a job...then initiate the pr process..
