I my wife and my elder daughter took medical on march 2017.Now I have an infant too...I took her medicals too in September 2017...But I can't take her now...can I go without the infant and come back to fetch her later... before the expiry of her medical....or even after that... please advise....

Yes thats fine. Your infant will recieve COPR same time as you, just make sure you take her before the expiry date mentioned on COPR. If for any reason you still cant, just raise a CSE later on asking cic for an extension and see what they say. Good luck
