I got visa refusal

hello guys my visa has been refused
I got my passport by mail but I haven't got my refusal email letter yet
Could anybody tell me what I need to do now

It's a English course duration one year then Degree in commerce

Now My visa is refused but they didn't send me refusal mail on my email I'd
I need that mail for gic refund what I have to do now ?
