Reimbursement application fee

Hi,

My application was rejected more than three weeks ago, and still I have not been reimbursed the application fees (around 500CAD).

Do you guys know how long do they take the send the money back?

It is actually refundable:

Refund of fees
As we are rejecting your application, IRCC will refund the fees that you have paid. This includes a refund of the processing fee and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, if you have already paid this fee.

it's refundable, some people have mentioned waiting up to 2 months though before they saw the money but it will be refunded, just a matter of time
