i want to know can i submit salary certificate of my father instead of his ITR. ?? for my study visa.

actually i have one alphabet mistake in father name's i.e. my father name on his ITR is JASBIR and my doc's i have my father name as JASVIR and i am wondering how can i alter this mistake coz it is not possible for me to make my docs correct at this time.

affidavit is the solution to most of the typo errors

Please help me out, I am really worried about taking decision. Please note that I will be applying for undergraduate program may be in ICM stage-2/science or any other university for jan 18 intake. Now concern is my sponsor is my mother and she is a school teacher. Her salary comes in her bank account and she widraws it each month. We have other rental incomes from land and post office shonchoipotro. Everywhere it is written to show 6 months bank statement as a proof. Please see the below and provide your consent weather it will be ok or not.

1) Bnk statement of my mom salary acc.
2) Post office sonchoipotro- around 30 lac
3) FDR with a fInance company-around 15 lac
4) Rental income to show / month 1.5 lac from land which are of our own name.

That's a lot of income. Make sure you also attach ITR. I gave seen lot of people see in their CAIPS report that the visa officer is not convinced that it is genuine income.

Would it be ok ,if I only submit Tax clearance certificate of last 2 years or I also need to submit tax assessment paper?

Your oath commissioner will do it after checking the documents where there is difference in name. He will mention those documents and also highlight the points from the same documents that prove that both names belong to the same person

Thanks for your prompt reply sir, anyway sir can you please tell me is there any difference between oath commissioner and notary public?
