Hi, this is the standard answer to anyone who send them an email requesting information. My file has the last update on February 20, since then is on PNP- Med - Not Started. I updated my work permit in July, but still nothing change on my application. I am inland SINP Job Offer from September 2016... Has all info updated, paid everything, just waiting for medical request.... I think we have to have a lot of patience on this...

Instead of waiting for MR, I guess doing an upfront medical would help

Use IRCC webform

scan the first and last page info and send it to CIC. I did the same and it got updated. Hope this helps.

Not really understand the reason to order GCMS notes regarding the application status. I don't think donating another 5 dollars to the government will speed up the process. Isn't the PR fee expensive enough?

Yes, apparently it is advisable to upload through CSE some 'Information Sheet' from your medicals. In my case, the doctor stapled together the pages that I should send to CIC. This Information Sheet contained my photo, a bar code, my UMI number, name, gender, DOB, country of birth, passport details:
