Change in Application after ITA - Education History

Hi,

I have received ITA today. When I tried to go ahead with the application, I realized that I made a mistake in Education segment. I have mentioned Yes for "Was Brenna awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?" whereas it should have been No. I did not get any additional points based on this because the place of study was INDIA.

Now, when I changed it to No, the system is asking for WES number and I could go ahead with the application.
Can anyone kindly let me know if there will be problem if I continue with the application. Looking forward for your replies.

If that change causes your CRS to fall below the cutoff or makes you ineligible for the stream you are applying to, you have a problem and probably have to decline your ITA.
Otherwise it should be fine, mention this in your LOE that it was a genuine mistake.

There is no change in points and I am still eligible for FSW.

Did you decline the ITa? Or you proceeded with it and corrected it?please let me know if how it went through. Thank yoy so.much
