yes, that is why it is missing. They don't accept documents via email unless they ask for it

Mine is non regulated NOC too applied on July 27th, Application recevied as of 26th Aug. Submitted everything in order including settlement plan.Just jeeping my fingers crossed. please do update here if your status change anytime from now.

I have a question regarding the settlement plan, I applied in 28th July SINPEE and I have sent one plan written in my own words as I did not know about the living in canada tool in this time. Anyone could tell me what are the chances they could accept this plan?

From application received to in-process, about 1 week, from in-process to application returned about 3 weeks
