I have sent my documents for evaluation to WES Canada. All the documents have the WES Reference No. mentioned on them. But I forgot to write the WES Reference No. on top of the big envelope (in which the documents were sent). Will all my documents be rejected?

No it's fine. It won't get rejected but they might have trouble identifying the envelope. Once the documents are delivered, call up Wes, give them the tracking number and they will accept it. Hope this helps
Nothing to worry, Sukanya Ghosh. Your reference is mention on transcripts. You don't get any issue even without Academic evaluation report.
How come you write WES number on documents? Just to know! I could've write too. But I didn't write.
I wrote my WES Reference No. on the sealed envelope of my transcript. I also wrote them on photocopied documents - such as Degree Certificate photocopy.
Oh, You have written on sealed envelope too!!! Then nothing to worry. It's absolute fine. Even I haven't written on the outer envelope. But I wrote it on all sealed envelopes. Same friends too. We all got ECA from WES.

I am sending my and my wife documents together. Is it possible that I send both sets of documents in 1 big envelope? What reference number should I write on the big envelope ?

Yes it's possible. Best option:
Envelope 1 with your WES reference number - your documents.
Envelope 2 with your wife's WES reference number - your wife's documents.
Envelope 3 - Envelope 1 + Envelope 2. Write both yours and your wife's WES reference numbers on the top of this bigger envelope and send.

Thanks for the reply. 1 more confusion I have is that do I have to send the final transcript of my masters degree or all the transcripts of previous 3 semesters as well along with the final transcript ?
