Apparently, Sugarcoconut also received PPR today. That makes two PPRs today.
Congratulations. I pray it continues this way...:)

While I am happy for those November applicants, those who applied September and October should join me in flooding the minister of immigrations office with emails and phone calls over this inexcusable disregard for those of us waiting for over a year with not one word. I'm actually at my wits end. I don't actually know what else to do.

I feel you my dear, AVO seems to be in their own little world. Even with my passport request, nothing has been updated on mycic, not even background checks has started according to mycic. Those who don't have access to mycic are missing absolutely nothing.

hmmm I wanted to tell this to the person who was not able to link a few days ago, but didn't want be discouraging...they are really missing nothing on mycic. This office is marching to the beat of some strange drum of their own.

I'm happy for them too but Honestly it annoying that they are attending to November people while we Aug and Sept are still waiting .

I have always said on this platform that i don't believe in FIFO but rather on case to case and presentation of documents and fillings and now i have been vindicated

Exactly,I remember saying that on this platform too before that,it's not about FIFO and am glad we're understanding that now...congratulations to those who have had their PPR and Goodluck to those of us waiting

Congratulations @Sugarcoconut. I encourage everyone still waiting to hear from AVO especially those waiting in August September and October that may be feeling skipped in this process to flood AVO with mails just as @becos suggested, its pretty unfair what they are doing overthere at AVO.. also flood Minister Hussiens twitter handle with questions and complains.

From my little observation, AVO is attending to people with valid medicals, and somehow jumped to November applicants.
Now, I believe it's not all about FIFO.
Please, others should keep the house updated.
This trend of good news should continue.
i think what they are doing is attending to people with valid medical..technically most August and September people's medicals has expired since it already more than one year..so it makes sense ..they are not jumping it's still FIFO...because they followed that trend from Jan....June,july,,,

Anyone from September 2016 being asked to redo medicals?

how long does it take after being asked to redo medicals to PPR?

this is for those that applied in Aug/Sep 2016....not the new guys
