Processing Time for OINP - DIP stage

Hi,
I have submitted my profile for OINP on 7 July 2017. The status chnaged to *Decision In Progress* on 17 July 2017. The status has not been changed thereafter. Can I know what do they perform in DIP stage? Why some applicants take it long? apmost all of my frnds with july sumbissions have already got there nomination. Why it is still in progress for me?
My CRS 400
NOC 1112
Country Pakistan.

crs 403 n i will b loosing points for my birthday on Sep 10 making it below 400
I m worried if it's gona cause a problem

hi i applied for OINP HCP, got my ITA in some time june 2017, submitted my application on september 26 2017, till now no response or messages from them, has anyone have a similar case like me waiting for approval,
does anyone know how long does it take????
i have checked their processing times its 61 days they mentioned, till now they haven't touched my application as per the website, does anyone know or got a approval for OINP HCP STREAM recently????????
