1 month and my passport still not returned

yeah,, its frustrating,, passports are very important to foreigners,, in case of emergency in hometown.

the least they can do is reply to email, why it's taking that long. not leave us hanging.


i've read somewhere one guy he got his passport back after almost 3 months,, .

Hi, i have received my UCI number and linked it on my CGkey account, i assumed that my file will be transferred to SGVO since im living in singapore. Please advice shall i proceed to apply Singapore Police Clearance or SGVO will be sending me a "Request Letter " to be use in obtaining Singapore Police Clearance. thanks in advance.

you can try to use the Letter of appointment for SG polce clearance request,.
in my case i have dependents, which was not included in the letter of appointment, so we have to wait for the request letter from sg vo.

If you are a PNP nominee you can use the nomination letter to obtain police clearance

Yes im a PNP main applicant, my concern was i have dependents and on my LOA they only stated the main applicant name without the dependents names. Aside from waiting for the police clearance request letter from CIC is theres any other way or document i can use for my dependents to obtain Singapore police clearance?
