Does any one have idea can we submit passport to Canadian counsulate directly instead of courier option, in order to get passport stamping fast ?? Since My return flight was confirmed. Can I do that ???
I thought we are not allowed to submit applications directly , even passport also they do not accept?? If they have requested for passport that means final decision has been made so even in that case also they don't take???

You need to check if your visa office accepts passports directly from applicants. Most visa offices do not accept. Those that accept have specific guidelines to do so.
If your visa office does not accept passports directly, your passport will get stuck at the visa office.... will not be couriered or returned to you..... and you will have to go to the visa office, in-person, to collect it before going through the entire passport submission process from scratch (including paying VFS/CVAC transmission fees).
It's impossible for any of us to say when you will hear back. The posted processing times are just estimates and it's quite possible for processing to take much longer.
