hi po. anyone got the same situation as my app. MVO asked for my nbi cleareance and AoM on aug 29. we had a choice to submit it via email or myCiC account, or regular mail. we went to the email route. we got acknowledgement that they received it and sent it to appropriate channel. upon looking at myCiC account, the upload section says its overdue on aug 29, the same day they sent the request. the status says no additional docs needed??

did anyone get this before? if so, what did you do afterwards. getting nervous here.

Hi! I did experience that. The status of the addtl docs to be uploaded in mycic changed from needed to replacement overdue the next day. But I was able to upload it before the due date(within 30days). Also the no addtl docs needed changed to the addtl..............uploaded.

I also emailed it and got acknowledgement of receipt 2 days after.

Sana nga po. Napatagal lang ng pagpasa ng addtl docs gawa ng AOM. Eto po.

May 28 - application sent
May 30 - received
June 28 - AOR1
July 7 - SA and Medical Request
July 14 - file transferred to VO
July 17 - AOR2
July 31 - addtl docs requested by manila immigration (email and gckeys)
August 28 - submitted addtl documents
August 30 - addtl docs received by visa section Manila

We're almost the same timeline.

Pwede rin po iprint at sign na hand written tas picturan po send nyo sa sponsor.
Pwede rin po fill up sa pdf bsta pwede magsign dun. Yung gamit ko pong app is adobe fill & sign. Download nyo nalang po yan mas madali sis.

hi sis, question naman if aom and nbi were not part of what you have submitted kaya nag ask ang mvo? may chamce ba na mag ask sila ulit for copy kahit nag submit na?

I sent them thru email and also uploaded on gckeys. Were you able to upload them?

i didn't upload it on the gckey. the instructions were to send it through one of the 3 options because it said it might cause delay if i send to different options. is it better to send it still on GCkey? also on the gckey, there is no option to upload the AoM. only the NBI and letter of explaination are available.
