You should call the college's international students department or admissions office and ask them. They might have deferred your course or taken another decision and not informed you.
The call isn't that expensive either (it's ₹8/min from Airtel) but it's worth knowing what's the hold up.

@Harkanwal deep singh You could recharge with International Call booster(Rs.24) on Airtel which brings down the call rate to 1 rupee per min
A similar option should be available in other networks too

But I read somewhere in our forum that over 9000 applications have come in for this September entry and the usual number is around 3000

I too went by the processing time of 6 weeks they quoted in their site

Even I was told 6 weeks minimum but not over 7 weeks. Its 7 weeks and 3 days now!!!!!!!!!!!!! More for you though.
