visa refused for canada study permit

I got refused today for january intake in canada for study visa and the reason for refusal is the( your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans. So sir help me).so what can i do now. Can i reapply or not please suggest me for this reason.what can i do now. I have8.6 cgpa in 10 and 65%in 12 non medical .please tell what can i do now???

Well for a start maybe share what course / college you were planning , level of English language and how attending a course in Canada will help your career propects when you return to your home country.

I have overall6 bands and not less than5.5bands in ielts and i choose computer technician in northern collage scarbough,toronto
