Sino po recently nakatanggap ng notes? Like last week august? May mga nabago po ba from previous notes? Hahaha ung samen halos same kase ung pending sa crim lang un inerase. Wala na ung pending

Nope, not true! An applicant has rights to know the status of their application, they wouldnt implement this access if it will cause delays on applications. And these notes are, for sure, saved in cic's database for easy access in between the visa offices.

I didnt say na applicant has no rights! YES all of us ofcourse has rights to know whats goin on.. nabasa ko lng po s forum ng april applicatn that one list s cic site to slow down the process is requesting notes from them... but anyway it doesnt matter let just pray n mgka ppr n lahat

Yung slow down ng process e yung sa notes mismo dahil maraming nag fa-file ng request. Not the actual application to immigrate.

Baka nagkamali lang ng intindi yung nabasa mo na nagpost.

Meron po bang mga May applicant dito?
Second time na magpost here since last time.. ano na po next kapag in-process nakalagay sa ecas, may ko po pinasa yung application ng asawa ko. Nagkaroon ng problema sa system daw ng cic kaya diko maview yung request ng schedule A last june, august 8 they send my husband another request then last august 28, in-process n po status..

Nakakakaba... hopefully goodnews po sa atin

Ooohh my, same kayo ni tinjon, umabot ng almost 4 1/2 month before eligibility passed. So ang status ng eligibility ninyo is "closer review of officer is warranted"? Sa amin po kasi initial review May30, eligibility recommend passed din May30, 3months after mukhang hindi pa kami eligibility passed kasi hindi kami nakasama dun sa mga nakareceived ng pre arrival nung Aug.30.

May tanong lang ako baka sakali alam mo. Bakit ung mga ibang applicant 6 mnths lang tapos iba naman beyond 6mnths, ano bang basehan nila at ang iba ang bilis ng processing at iba medyo mabagal. This is regarding "spousal sponsorship." Salamat!
