I am assuming you are checking your initial eligibility for express entry. You can do that yourself at

They will send you a mail with your result in 24 hours

The page that you have mentioned is an unofficial page not the official Canadian Immigration Page.

All you have to do is:

1) Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp and check your eligibility. If you haven't tested you language skills with IELTS, then make an assumption on what you can get and do the check.

2) If you are eligible as per the first step, then go to
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

and calculate your score. Again, if you don't have an IELTS, just come up with scores that you think you might get. Currently, score who are invited for PR is 430+. If your score is around that range or higher then you should start your IELTS preparation and WES assessment (education assessment).
