Canada Visit Visit Refused

Hi Guy's can anyone help me, that my Canada visit visa is refused due to 3 reasons.
1) travel history
2) immigration status in country of residence
3) Current employment situation
I'm a Computer Engineer and working in Dubai past 14 years in same company and there is no issue with my Job, my income, everything is clear,
But I was shocked with these 3 reasons. I couldn't understand.
Please guide my if anybody knows this matter.

when did you apply.....date ?
When did you get refusal ...date?
do you have any travel history ?
Which documents did you attach to support your ties here in UAE ?
Did you submit NOC from your employer ?

1) Travel history - CIC is looking for past travel to countries requiring visas like the US and UK. If you don't have past history of travel to countries requiring visas, this is a refusal reason often seen.
2) I assume you only have temporary residency in Dubai (not citizenship). If so, this why you received this refusal reason. Since you only have temporary residency there, your ties to that country aren't very strong.
3) See above - if you only have temporary status in Dubai this can be a refusal reason. It also depends what proof of employment you included.

After three refusals - there's no point applying again until something significant about your profile changes.

Yes,i applied my visa on 10th August 2017, and i got refusal on 1st September 2017, my friend is in Canada and he send me the invitation letter, then i attache all the supporting documents, like purpose of travel, friendship proof, bank statement, NOC from my company, salary slip, UAE residence visa, which is valid until September 2018, and past 14 years working in same company.
But i don't have travel history, only Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and my home country Pakistan, where i'm always traveling.
please tell me, if there is any chance in future, that i can apply again.

I applied on line March 2015, it was refused by 2 of the same reasons and my family ties outside Venezuela.
I have travel to the Americas (north, central, south), France, China.
I have worked for the same company for 25 years.
Then I applied through local VAC in Venezuela July 2015, Visa was approved for 5 years.

Thank very much for advising me, now only one doubt I should travel to US or UK first to make the good travel history or its fine I can reapply direct for Canada after some time.
