Ok does a letter from Lions club kiev on their letterhead work? Or should I have other evidence? I am sure I can get them to make me a letter.

As far as her child she already asked me if I need her birth certificate ... shes used to providng it when she needed a Schengen visa.
Also we are all registered at the same address ... her parents house. In Ukraine it is very common for landlords to not want you registered at the rental or if they do they ask for a lot of money .. I have been registered there since January 2016 and Karina (her Daughter) and Sveta (my wife) since Svetas divorce 5 years ago. I can provide proof of that since its stamped in all of our passports.

I also have a lease showing Sveta and I living together but nothing showing Karina lives in our apartment. Yes the Daughter is 10 .. will be 11 on October 31st

Yes, from her perspective. Do keep it short and crisp, in a point format, all amounts in both CAD/Ukrainian currency.

I suggest you rework the itinerary you have prepared to the format which I had suggest.

If you present a clear day-by-day itinerary with day-by-day expense estimates, it would indicate that your wife has a well-thought out purpose of visit. Your current itinerary has consolidated expenses which IMO don't indicate how you arrived at those amounts.


Another suggestion..... cut/reduce/delete words. For example, instead of:

Yes, a letter on their letterhead issued by the President or the Club or the Committee.

It should state your elected tenure + responsibilities + the December event and why you must return for it.

In my way of thinking since we have been married so long if I really wanted to move her to Canada I would have started the paperwork for a legal process a year ago ... We dont want to (at least not for now .. my business is at least 2 tax seasons away from being health enough to run from afar)

Its only a one year process from what I see and would take longer inside Canada lol

And yes I know there has been a lot of abuse of this visa ... people who make it look very much like they will leave and dont so they make it very hard for those who legit want to go and come back in a short period

- I have been consistently employed by the same company for the past five years and have 9 days of vacation time left. I need to return to my employment on November 20, 2017.



Why I must return to Ukraine by November 20, 2017



- My Husband and I both need to be back in Ukraine by November 20th.

o 65% of his clients are located in Kiev, Ukraine

o He has two employees located in Chernigov.

o He also needs to prepare tax organizers for each of his existing client and mail them out by December 31, 2017

o He is also the Treasurer of the local Lions club located in Kiev, Ukraine

o In December there is a major fundraiser, the Presidents Ball, he is expected to attend

o There are also meets on November 6, 2017 and December 4, 2017 he is expected to attend

o He has an employment permit and a resident permit for Ukraine that requires his continuous residence in Ukraine



- I need to be back in Ukraine for the following reasons

o My Daughter is here and needs me

o My Parents are here and need me

o My vacation time for my employment is over
