Help me with right NOC code?

Hi Seniors,

This is my reference letter - please let me know if this reference letter seems fine to you? ALSO, which NOC code I should be choosing? 2174 Or 2173?

Please accept this letter as verification of employment for XYZ. XYZ is currently employed by ABC as a Specialist and the role is defined as Application Development Specialist. His standard work week consists of 40 hours and he is considered a full-time employee. XYZ has been employed by ABC since DD/MM/YYYY and has been employed in the US since DD/MM/YYYY. XYZ's current salary is $XXX per annum.
XYZ is based out of our Chicago office in YYY Location.

Roles and Responsibilities –
• Development and updates of complex Web and Windows applications throughout SDLC, including analyzing business requirements, developing technical specifications, planning, coding, testing.
• Leading an Agile team of developers as Scrum Master to accomplish the development of software product.
• Providing expert input into design, re-design, and development of application. Reviewing outcomes during different development stages of development life cycle.
• Automation of existing processes using Standard tools and libraries. For ex – implementation of DevOps using Jenkins, SonarQube, MSBuild and Nexus.
• Coding and testing the requirements as well as analyzing, debugging and fixing complex issues.

That reference letter template seems perfectly fine to me. Is it on letterhead?

Regarding the NOC Code, while I understand your wanting to get feedback on others just to make sure, ultimately, it's really best left up to you to determine your NOC Code - you know your job better than anyone else and you know better than we do how your Company will answer if IRCC calls them to find out more about your responsibilities. It was nerve-wracking for me to finally choose my NOC as well, and I'm still not 100% certain I made the right choice, but you just have to do the best you can. Just remember to disregard your job title and focus instead on aligning your chosen NOC's 'Lead Statement' and 'Main Duties' (and to a lesser extent the 'Employment Requirements' with those of your job.

The job duties on the template are the actual work I have done and what is provided by my company in the letter. I need seniors to help me pick the right NOC code based on my job duties. Thanks again in advance!
