Hi

If I deposit 16000 CAD in my bank account as a single deposit and not an average, is that okay? Is that eligible as proof of fund?

Also I have form 16 and IT return sheet for last 2 years only. Is that fine? My work experience is of 3+ years.

For first question, yes thats totally fine as long as you show evidence of the source of this money. If its a gift from family, provide a gift deed, if its from selling something, provide receipts.
