Soft Landing..PR Card issue..Please reply

Hi,
I have received PPR in Feb 2017. My medical expiry is March 2017.I have submitted my PP for stamping.I am planning to do soft landing inmid march.and comeback to home country.Wind up with Employer resignation and all formalities and move again to Canada on permanent basis, Seniors need advise that, If I apply for PR Card after landing, give my friends address and then which way of below if safest while I re enter Canada
1) Apply for the PRTD travel document, collect PR from friend
2) Ask if some one coming from there to home country to get it with them
3) Ask if some one is Courier..Traceable option

Please advise which is legal and advisable way.

You need your PR card to re enter. Your friend has to mail it to you.

Common sense should tell you that 1 is the safest. However, it's not as convenient as 2. I wouldn't do 3 personally.
