hello everyone,
I'm Clement, I'm Nigerian. i got admitted into University of New Brunswick in economics department. I applied for study permit on 7th march and got it refused on 18th July. I applied for Caips Note the note says:
After careful review of the application and supporting documents provided, applicant appears to have limited travels which could demonstrate a history of having travelled and returned. Is being sponsored by third party, limited evidence of relationship on file and evidence of personal financial establishment is weak. I am not satisfied that applicant will have sufficient available funds for tuition and upkeep during first year of studies in Canada. Based on the evidence provided I am not satisfied app is a genuine student who intends to complete course of study in Canada and would depart at end of authorized stay. Refused

what will i do to reapply? i've got my admission deferred till January 2018

Difficult to say given in your previous post it was recommended that you share your profile for anyone to be able to feedback. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/study-permit-refused.507303/

For example who is paying the fees and your living expenses, what relationship to you is any person helping you with those not insignificant costs. Current qualifications to show how they relate to your chosen course and how this course will help in your future career in your home country on your return. Any work experience you have already.

The travel one is a difficult one to overcome if you have no history of ever leaving your home country but at least share your profile to get some hints/ feedback. You have to convince immigration that at the end of your course you have no plan to remain in Canada with that being the reason for taking the course.

My undergraduate course was cooperatives and development(economics major). My maternal Uncle has been my sponsor from Secondary school. He will be paying my tuition fees. I have saved for my living expenses up to 10000 Cad. I have work experience

Seems VO waived off your sponsor saying he couldnt connect your relationship with your "mathernal uncle" so accesed your file based solely on the finance from your end therefore wasnt enough to cater for one year expenses and tuition. In effect your sponsors money was not considered. You need to provide proof hes indeed your uncle and explain better in your SOP. I think if you can provide that and enough evidence you will leave after studies , travel history 'might' die out naturally.
But the 4 months wait thou sheesh!!!!
All the best

Wow! But he still stated "limited evidence on file". Anyways could you get any other evidence to back what you said about he taking care of you from way back such as receipts of something he paid for whiles in school or ways he's been taking care of you to establish a relationship. Maybe add your mothers birth certificate too.
Hopefully others can chip in something to help. Cheers!
