Below is my condition
1. CEC ITA recieved on Aug 9, 2017
2. PR applied on Sep 1, 2017
3. Current closed work permit expiring in Aug 2018 (1 year more)
4. Manager is saying go back to India
What are my options?
1. Can i apply for Open work permit based on AOR/e-APR?
2. Can i go back to India?
3. Can i stay in Canada and wait for my PR or Open work permit (point 1 above)
Anyone in this situation? Please share your suggestion or experience.
