Guys I read on another thread that the transfer to Local Visa Office is mostly in cases of previous visa rejection history. Is it true for any group members here whose file is transferred to local VO?

I was transferred to LVO from CIO and yes my wife had an Australia vIsit visa denial about 15 years back. Not sure if that's the reason I was moved to LVO...but anyway..don't care since I got PPR! Past visit visa rejection is not a crime and not a reason for any hold up.
