2281 B. Tech ECE (Electronics and comminication Engineer)

I am a cisco certified Network administrator and I have 4 and half years experience.

I hold degree in Electronics and communication engineering (ECE) and its already assesed by wes.

My question is with above degree can I apply for NOC 2281 (Network Administrator) ???

Or I need to apply in some other category please let me know
