Foreign work experience while being full time student

Hello guys,

I got ITA for Express entry.

Now, I have 1 year experience in Canada (NOC B job)
and I want to get extra point for my foreign work experience(my home country).

Q1. Before I come to Canada (2014), While I was full time student in home country, I worked for 2 months full time as an intern and I worked for 10 months at another company. Both of them are NOC B category job.
I know EE CEC will not give point for this because I was full time student while I was full time worker.
But I heard in EE FSW, It is available to get point, am i right?

Q2, I am satisfied for EE CEC and EE FSW category, but we have no choice to select category. CIC will choose my category..right? Then in my case, they will choose CEC then FSW...
If I can get extra point for foreign work experience as full time worker while full time student, am i eligible to
submit document?
