Hello. I'm a lurker on this site. Have been reading posts for two months keeping track how other user's applications are progressing.
To those who received pre-arrival services email, do you guys have an idea how long the average waiting time is before ppr? As far as I've read, some even received several pre-arrival emails with months in between.

Good day! Tanong lang po about sa nbi clearance. My father asked us to send our nbi clearamce via mail po but nacoconfuse kami kung yung whole paper po ba ang isesend (kasama ang personal copy) namin. Should we keep the personal copy tapos ang isesend lang namin is yung other half (na walang tatak na personal copy)? Thank you po.

Hello po. Our scheduled interview was moved on the 2nd week of September and they only communicated it through Phone Call using Mobile no. Okay lng ba un? Kasi it is stated in mycic account that "If we reschedule or cancel an interview, there will be a message in your account" Eh wala namn po silang message, just a call. Reliable po kaya un? or do i need to email them for verification? Any idea po? TIA
