I currently have 2 job offers, but I do not know which one is NOC B.

here's the first one: https://www.randstad.ca/jobs/industrial-logistics-coordinator-supply-chain_ottawa_2019136stfen/

The second one is with the Federal Government, I have been working here for over a year as a student and been performing tasks of a Contracting Officer ( NOC 1225). However, the position I will be offered after graduation is only Procurement Clerk (NOC 1524), but this I will keep performing tasks of contracting officer, will I be able to use NOC 1225 for CEC?

Here are my duties as a student and I will have the same duties if I accept the procurement clerk position.

a.Procure printing and professional sole services using limited tendering process this from beginning to end including invite tenders, review bids/quotations, consult with suppliers, award the contract, contract administration.
b. Initiate and process contracting and procurement requests.
c. Evaluate high dollar value requirements
d. Issue task authorizations over 100k for printing contracts.
e. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors during and after the procurement to resolve arising problems regarding shipping, errors, etc.

Please help,
