How to file spouse PR

Hello
I got my PR in 2015 and till date i m in India and planning to move Canada next early year.i got married in January dis year and my husband is Australian citizen. I have 2 queries-
1. Can I file his PR from India now?
2. If not,den when I move to Canada n file his PR do I need to have job before filing, is it mandatory?

1. No - you can't.
2. You can submit the application as soon as you've returned to Canada. You don't need to have a job.

When did you get PR exactly, and when are you planning to move to Canada?

I got my PR in March 2015, did landing in May 2015 and got pr card in August 2015. I am planning to move Canada in March 2018
If you officially landed as PR in May 2015 and immediately left, and returning in March 2018, then you do realize you're cutting it very close to the residency obligation (just 2 months to spare). Make sure for at least 2 years after you return, you don't leave Canada for more than a couple months or you could be in violation of the RO and have your PR status revoked.

You must reside in Canada to submit your spouse sponsorship app, and must stay residing for duration of processing. You can leave for short/temporary vacations only.
