Hi Guys ,
I have completed my bachelors engineering course from 2001 to 2005 and i got my degree certificate in 2010, i got WES certification as 4 years bachelors passed in 2010. What should i mention in express entry course duration and will backlogs effect my PR

ideally the back logs should not affect PR.
However once you get invitation, you would need to fill what you were doing during the period. It can be any and dosent matter.
But, to proceed you should have 3 years experience after your degree data on relevant work area.
