Additional documents deadline

Hi all,

IRCC officer asked me to submit additional documents by August 30, 2017.

"Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account by 2017/08/30"
The above information/documents must be received within 7 days from the date of this correspondence i.e. Aug 23, 2017.

How to understand this, whether I have to submit the documents by 30 night 12pm or 29th night 12pm.

I hope you don't plan to wait until the last possible minute, that's when websites crash, etc.

"by August 30" means by the end of the day on August 30. 12pm is noon. 11:59pm is technically the last minute.

Just get them submitted sometime no later than August 30.
