Is Confirmatory Exams Compulsory for SINP/ NOC 2132 -Mechanical Engineers

Dear All,
My name is Mihir Bhatt. I have created express entry profile and my CRS is 332. Looking to the last CRS cut off in express entry draw and my CRS, I have decided to apply through PNP.

Saskatchewan PNP (SINP) being one of recommended PNP programs, I have started studying the eligibility criteria for the same. I am basically mechanical engineer having 10 years experience in procurement/ supply chain management. I learnt occupations in demand list - NOC 2132 -Mechanical Engineers which is the closest matching occupation for me. While reviewing all criteria for SINP, I understood that there is one exam called Confirmatory Exam under Academic Assessment category which have to be passed compulsorily.

Can anyone expert here inform me if Confirmatory Exam is compulsory to be cleared by me? My university does not fall under Registrar's acceptance list. Please throw some lights.

License is necessary for NOC 2132. It takes min. 1 year. You can see a similar NOC 0911 Manufacturing Managers. Which is in the list and Non-regulated. Have to make some changes in your Reference Letter according to that.

Thank you very much for quick reply. It gave me more clarity. Manufacturing manager is not relevant for me as i belong to procurement/ purchasing field. Based on my CRS 332, 10 years experience, can you suggest some provinces I can focus to. This will be a great help.

Only in NSNP and SINP you can get without job offer category. Your related NOC is not in NSNP high demand list as well. Job offers or some other typical things are required in other provinces.

Hi, my noc is 2132. My proffesion is of Mechancial Engineer. I have received the email for application of registration as Member in Training with APEGS. But, there is no mention about how to appear for Confirmatory exam. How do I have to appear? I reside in India. Please help.

Dear Sir/madam, APEGS assigned me 'confirmatory exams', so do I need to take exam or confirmatory exam letter is sufficient for get Canada PR in Saskatchewan ? Can anyone please help me?
