Passport Request

Recently I've received a message on my CIC account requesting passport, 2 Photos, and updated police certification clearance. Just wondering if this means approval, or there's still ways to go?

The old police clearance isn't due to expire until November, so it's just kind of odd. Also Background check hasn't been updated on my CIC either.

Which visa office is your case at? Is it for a family sponsorship?
