Rejection rate?

hi folks,
I see talks of rejections in these forums and it seems CIC often rejects applications merely for being incomplete or showing inadequate proof. Does anyone have an idea of the overall rejection rate? Is the rate increasing in recent times due to additional applications?
I'm also curious do rejections occur even if all the documentation is adequate and complete?

Applications can be (cancelled) if incomplete, or rejected even when complete. There are many reasons for rejection, based on issues retaled to misrepresentation, criminality, medical issues ( causing danger to public or excessive demand on health and social services, this applies to the main applicant and all of his/her dependents like spouse and kids), issues related to security, inadequate proof of funds, also sometimes an analyst/officer is not happy with some of the documents you provided to claim work experience for example, so they recalculate your scores and you might be found to have a new score below the lowest score for that specific round of invitations when you recieved your ITA .... etc etc list is endless
