Hello,
My wife is 34 years old and wants to pursue Masters in Computer Science in Canada. She graduated with a BTech at 21, and currently runs a software / website development company in Mumbai.
My questions are:
1) What is the probabiity of getting a study permit to Canada - considering age and gap between Bachelors and Masters?
2) I will be accompany her as a spouse. I am a software professional myself and we run our small software business together. I intend to work there on open work permit. Will this create an issue for visa?
3) We have a 9-year old son - will this create an issue in getting through the visa / study permit?
We do not have any issue with funds - we have the more than needed liquidity. Eventually, we do intend to migrate to Canada. In fact, our CRS score for Express Entry is currently at 425.
The reason we are opting for the Study in Canada route is to be able to get a few more extra points on the CRS score.
Kindly advice if we will face issues with the Study route or should we continue with the PR / Express Entry route.
Thanks in advance.
