i submit the police certificate before the medical pass and then i call CIC on the updated PCC to avoid rejection, as CSE take almost 20-30 days to be inline with your application. my AOR 23rd May, Medical pass August 8 and now waiting for the further process update from CIC
Ok. Therefore you passed through the R10 stage with the old police certificate? Also how many days or weeks after the AOR did you submit the new police certificate? If you submitted the new police certificate 2-3 weeks after the AOR it can potentially provide enough time for the police certificate to be received by the case officer (i.e to begin processing the background checks). I am assuming based on the timeline you have provided thus far that you are a CEC inland or PNP applicant?
i am not sure if medical pass is called R10, i submitted the police certificate exactly after 2 months, as i realized from a friend refusal that my certificates along with my spouse one is not according to the guidelines of CIC, i am PNP outland applicant
Ok. The R10 process involves the completeness check of your application which entails ensuring that you provided all the necessary documents to support your application. It's the first stage that your application goes through. The medical comes afterwards. It will be a touch and go situation at this point. However since you have been in contact with CIC at least they have been notified of your situation.
so medical pass and status change to NA after 2 days can be consider that i pass R10?
Wait. You passed your medical and now it's saying NA. Did you originally receive an update saying that you passed your medical in your my cic account?
for medical clearance it was an update message and email but when BG went to NA, there was no email but update in CIC account.
Ok well in that case you passed R10 a long time ago. What is exactly wrong with your police certificate?
when i was in my home country i issued PCC but according to CIC it has to be issued after the last visit, there was a gap of few days in between issued and exit from my country. one question more, what are rejection chances after this stage? and usually how long it will take more until PPR?keeping in view the process of PNPN out lands?
Normally the rejection chances are very slim at this point. I have read somewhere on the forum that it takes 1-3 months to conduct the criminality check. Once everything checks out then PPR should be around the corner. However it depends on the case. Sometimes it takes mere days to weeks afterwards to get the PPR after criminality checks have been completed. Out of curiousity did your friend who received a refusal submit a new police certificate like yourself and if they did when did they submit the certificate?
thank you so much for the positive words, no my friend crate a new EE and he submit again EAPR last night with all new PCCs. the 6 months period is counted from AOR or from the day your med is cleared?
The processing time of 6 months for PPR should cover the receipt of AOR to the COPR i.e confirmation of permanent residence. However there are applicants who have Iogged longer times than the aforementioned time frame. I really hope you get through as well! You should also consider getting your GCMS notes to see the status and specifics of your application.
thank you so much for the reply, whats the best time to order GCMS note, as of today i complete in total 95 days since AOR and 19 days since medical clearance and 17 days since NA2.
I completely forgot that you are an outland applicant! Unfortunately in order to receive GCMS notes you need to be residing Canada or have someone in Canada order them on your behalf.
