help guys, I will not be eligible for PGWP as I took off from studies due to assault incidents. what should i do? I'm afraid to go back to india.
Unfortunately the rules about PGWP are pretty clear. Unfortunately your claim that you are safe in Canada but not India is hard to defend if you have been assaulted in both countries. Have you consulted a lawyer about any possible ways to stay in Canada? I'm very sorry about your situation but there doesn't seem to be an evident solution.
