Hi Ginni,
I hope I'm understanding your question correctly... you need to finish filling out the questionnaire (that section where you review your answers to questions that were carried over from your express entry profile, and where you add in more family information, address history, travel history, and personal history), then you will be taken to your document checklist where you will be given a list (and brief explanations) of all the documents you need to provide, as well as a place to upload each of them.

My understanding is that you don't need to bring anything to your medical except your passport, glasses/contacts if you wear them, medical reports/test results regarding previous or existing medical conditions, passport pictures if they don't use e-medical (they should tell you when you call to make your appointment) and the money to pay the fees, but check this link for more information on the medical specific to your country (remember that you can only receive your medical from an authorized doctor on CIC's list): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

The cut off was 442 and my current CRS score is 418
If that is the case, those are grounds for rejection, you would be better off withdrawing your application before this happens as it could be seen as misrepresentation and that would not be good for you.

I am starting this thread to get an idea of what happens in an EAPR application after the "Review of additional documents" changes to "Additional documents not needed".

I am FSW Outland AOR 9th May, Meds passed 26th June, NA after IP1 4th July, Additional documents not needed 9th August. As at 27/07 my file was still at CIO Sydney. Only additional document I submitted at the time of my application was a Letter of Explanation.

Can anyone who has been or is in a similar situation or who knows what to expect next kindly provide some information, it will be greatly appreciated!
I'm in a similar situation.
AOR on June 17, 2017.
FSW-O. I submitted a Letter of Explanation with my EAPR to explain some questions that I felt may come up during the review.
As of August 23, 2017, my application was still with CIO in Nova Scotia (I got this info from Gisele at email: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca).
On August 25, "Review of additional documents" changed to "Additional documents not needed".
Background check has read "Not Applicable" for about 2-3 weeks now. Before that, it was something to the effect of "when background check is started, you will be informed". So, I'm thinking that I'm still IP1.
I plan to wait to see if anything happens by this coming Friday, the 1st of September before emailing Gisele and asking again about the location of my application.

My additional docs status actually changed back to being reviewed on 24th August, but I had mailed Ottawa (2nd time) on the 18th to find out where my application was and a few days later got a reply from London that my application was at their office and was awaiting review.

From what I've read in some threads recently, it is said that the first docs status change to additional docs not needed means that your file is ready to be moved to an LVO. I would suggest you wait a week or two from the date of your docs status change and mail Ottawa again if you'd like to know your LVO.

You're done with what is said to be IP1, it changing back to NA is the current trend. The next change expected is IP2, where they say the are conducting your background check.

I emailed Ottawa yesterday and received a response from Port of Spain, Trinidad today that my file is in queue to be processed at their visa office. So I concur with the other members of that the change from "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided" to "We do not need additional documents" is a sign that your application is ready to be transferred to a local VO.

My BGC is still NA at this point.

My status has changed today from Additional documents being reviewed to we do not need additional documents..
I have read in this thread someone posted, that the file would be moved to another office in this case (agent finishes his review and sends it to officer).. but my file is Ottawa .. it will be moved to some other office again ?
my BG still says N/A .. N/A for almost 3 months..
called CIC thrice in the last 2 months.. all they said was, everything looks good, cant tell when it will be ready for finalization..

All applications first go to CIO Sydney, then due to load distribution end up at a CPC (Case processing centre) or LVO (Local visa office) it is unlikely that your file will be moved again, it should be finalised in Ottawa.

Ok, thank you :)
based on the past applications, is there any way we can guess what does the change to " we do not need additional docs" mean ??
according to the agent, my eligibility is still in progress ( last week when I called) .. I see this status change today..

Hey guys, earlier today my BG check status changed to We are processing your background check...happy to see some activity. My additional docs status still remains at being reviewed.
Wow! Lucky you. I'm still stuck at NA. File moved to London last week in July.
