Official Transcript?

Hi guys,

For CEC under EE, from my research I should also submit transcript along with degree certificate. But if I order official transcript from my university, its sealed. Should I just open it up and scan each page and submit online?

What about degree certificate? Do I take a picture of the fancy front page of my degree certificate that shows my name and degree awarded? I'm a bit confused.
