Hi @Varun84,

Thanks for your reply. Can you please explain administrative hassles for Option 1 if my friend can bring PR card with him? My only concern in if border officers may ask me how come I left before getting my PR card and why? If I dont get my PR card while I am in India, can I apply for PR travel document without any hassle? In this case, I will also be able to stay in India as long as I wish.

And if going for Option 2 , I will have to come back before my PR visa expires and hopefully border officers wont question anything for other countries' visa stamps or not having a job in Canada?

Hi Everyone,

I ordered my GCMS notes and it says that my application was "parked" because my IELTS TRF number was invalid. Since then I've provided my original IELTS TRF to CIC and they have accepted it.

I was just wondering what "parked" means here?

Meds passed 28/May/2017
RPRF NOT PAID UPFRONT.**

SO everything was normal until 2 weeks ago. My background check was always: “Your application is in progress. Next step is to conduct background check.” until 25/May/2017
it changed
TO “ Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start background check” on 18/June/2017

2 weeks ago my Background check changed to “Not Applicable” 5/AUG/2017
1 week later: They asked me to Pay RPRF. 12/Aug/2017
Paid RPRF next day on 13/Aug/2017

Today, 20/August/2017, my background went from “Not applicable” TO “We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information”
ALSO, Review of additional documents is "We do not need additional documents" 19/Aug/2017

Q) What do ya’ll think? Where am I at? IP1? IP2? Na1, NA2???? Almost there? Or long way to go???

Is there anything that can go wrong at this point??

CEC inland, Aor May 6. Called CIC and they said, security check has not started yet. Already 110 days!

No clue whats going on. Frustrating!

Congrats buddy! It's all good. They will send out an official PPR email soon with instructions on how to send your passport for stamping.

Can you please provide the CIC number you called? Also, did you call from within Canada?

I agree, just saw guy with cec aor 26 may got ppr . He passed medical at start of this month & got ppr in 3-4 weeks after then.

What's your timeline, if you don't mind sharing?
