Who should be the Primary Applicant? Please Help!

I know. But my wife has 3 years of Bachelors of Science (Honors) degree with 186 Credit hours and MBA degree with 54 credit hours. Although the Masters was completed in one year but the institute has clearly mentioned to IQAS that the MBA is equivalent to 2 years of Masters Program here in Pakistan. So we are keeping our fingers crossed.

I know that at the end of the day it all comes down to how IQAS assesses it. But I am grateful for your recommendations.

Absolutely. But another concern was my past experience as an Air Force Officer. I wonder how much affect would that have on my application. Any how. I shall begin with my ECA as soon as possible.
