That's so not good.. we have been waiting for so longOn NA since 28th April
Crossed the 6 month mark since AOR (22 Feb)
Quite disappointed with the way things are moving, instead of first come first served basis they are handing out PPRs to even April and May AORs and Feb AORs are still at Na
That sounds positiveJust an update - I received my 2nd set of GCMS notes today and below is the latest update.
- As per section 11.2 recommendation - ***Appears to meet requirements.*** Ready to Finalize
- Civil Status: No trace in GCMS/FOSS
- NOC Code Requriements - Eligible i.e. Letter of References are found justified.
- Security and Eligibility are still in Not Started status. I believe it will be one day game i.e just before issuing the PPR.
- No Security screening
- No misrepresentation
Overall Review Hierarchy (so far):
Agent -> Program Assistant -> Case Analyst -> [Next should be Case Officer to finalize]
Good Luck Guys! PPR can be delayed but surely on its way. Just be in right spirits.
Hey buddy,Hey buddy,
Not all files are transfered to LVO and probably yours will be treated in Canada. Transfer to LVO doesn't indicate speedy PPR, in many cases, it can even be a disadvantage.
Just hang in there and wait for your PPR! Its around the corner.
Cheers
No one can predict the timeline of your situation. It should be fast but they also have to do the same checks for your spouse too, which can be time-consuming.AOR in Feb
Got my PPR in May
Got married in April. Updated CIC about the same. CIC asked for additional documents in June. We submitted all the documents for my spouse within a week, except Japan PCC as it takes 2 months to obtain PCC from Japan.
We submitted Japan PCC on 22nd August'17.
- Any idea how much time the processing would take as per this timeline?
- By when should we expect the PPR again for me and my spouse?
Any help?
Thanks
Would they not have done the checks for my spouse in these past 2 months? No one can predict the timeline of your situation. It should be fast but they also have to do the same checks for your spouse too, which can be time-consuming.
You can try requesting them to expedite the same. Good Luck!
Many of us are waiting it to happen from last 4 months so it is really hard to speculate the time.Would they not have done the checks for my spouse in these past 2 months?
Orherwise it would take too long.
What was the ADR requested? To the Glory of God Almighty, ladies and gentlemen ....its PPR!!!!!
Full timeline:
AOR - Feb 15th
Medical pass - March 24
BG NA - April 26th
Moved to London - may 30th
ADR - Aug 1st
BG IP2 - August 21st
ADR - August 22nd (weird! )
PPR - Aug 23rd.
Finally the wait is over. I wish everyone still waiting a quick PPR so we can all celebrate.
I just talked to CIC for the file status and was shocked to hear that my file is still in Canada and not yet transferred to LVO. I was hoping that I might receive PPR soon being 8th Feb but all hopes are gone. Again hope of getting PPR anytime soon diminishes.
In the last the agent said that all the documents are complete and file looks good for now. (Which I guess is their standard reply to all the applicants)
Anyone in the same position because I can see people with their file beIN transferred to LVO
Congratulations. Which category and VO? What was ADR?
