Hi! While registering for an account in WES for my ECA evaluation, I didn't notice that I registered for a WES US account and not Canada. How can I change my registration to WES Canada? I emailed them already but no response yet from them. I tried registering under a different email address but the WES system would not accept my new registration.

Things should work if you try to open a new account in WES canada using your new email id.
There won't be instant response from WES either...

I already tried it several times using different email id but the system would not allow me to register anew with a message saying I already have an existing account.

No need to worry...
Follow my steps to create a new WES account. WES detects you by your login info such as Name, DOB etc.
1. Login to your existing account
2. In your time line page, click continue application
3. It 'll show your login info such as first name, last name, dob, mobile number
4. Change all the four fields to a dummy value ex: if your original dob is 02/02/1988, change it to 01/01/1990 and similarly other fields too
5. Voila!!! You are done fooling the system.
6. Now you can create a new account for WES canada with exact information carefully with a new email id...
Things should definitely work now... Gud luck....
