WES - Secondary school certificate "Not Accepted" (Faisalabad Board)

I submitted properly sealed and signed secondary school certificate along with HEC sealed and signed Bachelor degree envelope.
WES accepted the Bachelor degree but showing "Not Accepted" with reason mentioned as "The document received was not properly verified in the manner required by WES"

Trying to reach them to understand the reason, but for sure it will be a miracle if they will response over the phone :

I checked their required documents section for Pakistan which now showing:

"must be submitted directly to WES by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education for evaluation along with all higher education documents"

I don't think that Secondary school boards in Pakistan will agree to submit sealed envelope directly to WES.

Need advice and help if anybody has gone through the same process?

kindly can you help me or proper guide me how you sort out WES problem regarding reason " not verify properly " i hv same reason for my BISE fsd documents? further i send my documents through DHL with international transcript form and my academic records with proper seal. BISE dont send directly to WES, so Board handover to the person to send WES. if anybody know plz share ?

I'm having the same problem of "not verify properly" they want the board to send directly .. kindly lemme know if u got ur issue sorted out .. I would b very greatful as there is no response from there side.. I send through dhl myself .. bachelors n masters was accepted .. secondary certificate wasn't .. they say should b send by board directly nnthe degree is from Peshawar board n ppl over there r hardly helping.. I'm in Dubai n not able to visit all over again .. n really worried too.. plz some body help !
